Distance Reiki is a gentle, remote energy practice designed to support you entirely in your own space. Your session is programmed to release to you at the exact time you choose below. There is no video call to join, no small talk to navigate, and no pressure to perform. You simply select your session time, and I take care of the rest while you relax.
Step 1: Choose Your Time — Select a day and time that fits your schedule. You don't need to do anything special during this time - just choose a window where you can comfortably receive the energy.
Step 2: Rest and Receive — At your chosen time, the Reiki energy will gently release to you. You can sleep, relax, or go about your day in comfort.
Step 3: Gentle Completion — Your session concludes peacefully in your own space, allowing the energy to settle naturally. Later that day, you will receive a gentle email confirmation noting that your work has been completed. For 40-minute sessions with a requested PDF report, your supportive summary will arrive within 24 hours.
Do I need to be awake or online during my session?
Not at all. Because these sessions are 100% asynchronous, there is no video link, no phone call, and no appointment to attend. I prepare your energy work during my quiet working hours and program it to release to you at the exact time you selected. You can sleep, work, or relax in comfort.
What should I do during my session time?
You don't need to do anything specific. The energy will reach you safely no matter what you are doing. However, if your schedule allows, I highly recommend spending that time in a quiet, comfortable space where you can close your eyes, rest, and consciously receive the support.
How does the 40-minute PDF session report work?
If you choose a 40-minute session and tick the optional PDF report box, you will receive a brief summary of your session highlighting the main chakra's covered and any intuitive observations that surfaced. It will land in your email inbox within 24 hours of your session completing.
Can I change or cancel my session time?
Because I begin preparing your remote session during my quiet hours almost as soon as your booking comes through, appointments cannot be changed, rescheduled, or refunded once confirmed. Thank you for your understanding.
